Yes the Trim Tabs will work for the 280 platform.
Yes there is a bracket it bolts to bulkhead
Helm Hydraulics are 4 Ram Twin -- 2 1/2 turn lock to lock -- they came off a 388 Skater Twin Race Boat --- Helm is in Florida I will try to get a better picture, it is an Eaton Helm
