I like the IL craigslist price. Lol. Looks like posted on Craigslist 2 mo ago. Might be an explanation of some sort but OT should address at the very least. He list and sells a lot here.

They are just a dirtbag scam artist taking people for deposit's . I called the FBI already . The boat sold 3-4 months ago full price in one week !!
