Hey BUP, are you only seeing issues with the aftermarket IACs on the newer computers? What about MEFI engines?

I do not have any left for the Hp 525 but will soon. It takes the same gasket as the 496 / 6.2 5.7 5.0 4.3 MPI 555 controllers but the same IAC. ALways have on hand the 555 apps I mentioned because they fail all the time.

Thats the GM IAC that MEFI apps and Volvo used as well. That IAC does not fail that often period. Its usually the TPS will fail way before the IAC on MEFI apps. And the KNOCK sensor will fail before the IAC in most cases because the MEFI / GM IAC does not operate at HIGH duty cycles like the IAC that - PWM for the 555 controllers.AKA ecm 555 and PCM 555. Actually the MEFI GM / IAC operates in counts NOT PWM for the correct info as well..
