Do these lowers have a seawater pickup on them or are they just transom pickups?

The pick up on imco's is at the front bottom of the bullet.

a 2000 32 Sunsation not that I didnt like them but my lowers that i have with nose cones where just as fast almost with in 1 mph

Tinkerer 08-07-2019 05:32 PM

You should have gone with -2 inchers. nose cone doesn't start being a factor until you get above 80 mph.
you didn't go high enough to make a noticeable change in drag.
if you want to try a -2 I have one.
you just have to find another.
from the picture it looks like you are pretty deep.

Tinkerer 08-07-2019 05:37 PM

we could try a -3 on one side to see if it just blows out. but it is 1.34 ratio. your engine might not like it.

that's my problem also, my Scarab was set up for Mirage plus 3 blades and ran 65....drive bullets are 7" below the bottom of the boat and way deep for a 4 or 5 blade so I'm thinking I need to go up but do t know how far
