Also the same pictures. Same listing time. Pretty sure we're talking about the same guy.

I looked on eBay , it appears he won the auction for 400 something dollars, and I guess seller did not want to sell it for that, because he probably forgot it put a reserve on it .

This guy from Germany won the auction (I had mistakenly forgot to put a reserve on it) and thought I was going to ship $2500 props to Germany for $400.Not happening . I refunded his money and apologized . He went completely nuts and stalked me with work and home, gave bad reviews on my business listings and now he found me here and is trying the same. Jesus guy let it go.
You want the props, pay a fair price , you`re not going to steal them because I made a mistake, Ebay agreed with me and refunded me the listing fees.
My bad I did not put a reserve on the listing , it was Memorial day and I was boating.

The only truth is I won the auction. So why he should not send it for 400! Its a legal deal. To an US address not to germany!! Everybody knows the terms and conditions of ebay. Maybe he forgot something who knows. But the fact is I have a contract with this dick head. That's law. And ebay didn't agree a cancelation. You just sent the money back. Ebay never canceled the deal. It is still listed as a won auction. What did he say to eBay? “The buyer steal my props I want more money?!?“ And they said "OK you can do whatever you want!“ Thought he can make big money with an auction but it went wrong. His problem. Not mine. That's my right to say what a crook he is. If he do bad business he get bad reviews that's so easy.
And beware to do business with this...
And by the way 2500 isn't a fair price. You wanna be fair? Perform the deal.

Get over it.

I sold a part on EBAY a few days ago and buyer didn't bother to read description, just bought because what he thought he saw in the picture when the description clearly stated in BOLD letters what the auction was for. Now he is demanding parts that were in back round in pictures.

EBAY has become a joke.


So ,take your whining / crying/ complaining somewhere else.
