Thanks. I've never even noticed the magnifying glass before.

Confirmed you are correct! This is why my 600SCI are pretty tame at idle.
Eddie Young sent me the following: 500 efi and 700 are the same at 230/236 .598/.610 114*. The 600 has a baby cam that wasn't used in anything else. It's 212/226 .542/.587 117.5*. It's smaller than what is in the 377 Scorpion small blocks.
