Good lord - what happened?

Lowered in just far enough that it took a wave over the back?

Forgot the plug? (I never leave my plug in and always hop on my kayak to put in it - always paranoid I'm going to forget but hasn't happened yet.

Filled up with rain water?

When we lived down there, I often wondered about the 1000’s of boats left on lifts, many w/remote owners.

Id have been nervous.

I know some who strapped them down w/plug out while out of town.
