Used, in good condition. Missing nuts/bolts but the pointers, springs, and blocks are there, these are the parts that easily go missing. $125 shipped in CONUS.

Do you know if this will work with outboards if i have the parts that mount on the motor and the cables? If yes, I will take it

I don't see why not, as long as you have the typical 33c cable end (threaded rod with a nut)
