-2” imco Scx lower
I have a -2” imco Scx lower drive for sale. Has 1.25” prop shaft. No issues with it, the boat just didn’t like it. It’s been sitting for 2 years on the drive stand so it’s a little dirty. I had started polishing one side but stopped because it was too much work. New these are $5700 and a bare case is $3000. I’m asking $4200.

Looks like an SC lower to me.

And that skeg looks like it was welded back on

The drive came to me from a fellow offshoreonly member who had it on a 42 triple lightning. This was the center drive and it came with a xr upper and the skeg had been shortened. The entire drive combo had 5 hrs after rebuild when I got it. I had the skeg fixed and ran it for approximately 50 hrs. I even bought a 2" spacer to try and see if the boat would like it better. I bought a SC lower case and swapped a different drive internals into it and ran it. This drive is noticeably bigger around the prop shaft than the SC case that I bought. Maybe its a older version of a SC that had a larger case for some reason. I always thought it was a SCX.
