WTB set of 23 Mirage props

L and R 23" Mirage or Mirage +

TomZ 09-05-2023 09:41 AM

I have a pair off my 311 - solid hub Mirage. I'll grab some pics.

snapmorgan 09-05-2023 10:01 AM

Perfect, thanks

48-13245A5 and 48-13246A5, Mirage solid hub, 23P.

They’re in really good condition and have been on the shelf since 2017.

I have some Merc prop boxes they can go in.

Not sure on an asking price but I think $450 for the pair plus whatever the shipping costs is good for me.

I will take them. Get with me and I will get you paid.

Joe,
Be aware that these solid hub props require a different thrust washer on the propshaft. Maybee Tom has a pair that he can include.
Good Luck. Gary

Guys, I wish I had an extra set of thrust washers - they're supporting my 27's.

You'll need part number 14359.

I'll send you a PM and we'll get it worked out. I'm glad these will get some good use!

I have a box full of thrust washers that I have collected over the years. Most likely I will have something that will work. Thanks for the heads up Gary. You still in KY?

GLENAMY 242SS 09-06-2023 07:30 AM

Yes, I live in KY but moved the boat to covered rack storage in FWB, FL area last year. I'm seeing a LOT of I-65. Go almost every month for a week or so.
How is Cape Coral treating you?
PS, they don't sell Joe Morgan here anymore.

snapmorgan 09-06-2023 08:18 AM

Cape is hopping. New construction, hurricanes, record heat, but I don't think I would ever move back there. I am down to my last bottle of Joe Morgan's bourbon, I was hoping they had a few cases.

Been a while since I last checked, I will check again in a few days and report back..

Let me know if those don't work for you, I have a set of 25's and a set of Mirage plus 25's

snapmorgan 09-06-2023 09:38 AM

Will do. I think the 23's should be close. I currently have 19's on my 225's, but are slightly underpropped. The Verados currently have 21's on them pushing a 34 yellowfin. I would expect a set of 23's to be about right on my Baja 280.

snapmorgan 02-08-2025 07:41 PM

I am finally getting back to my repower. Would anyone have a set of the 14359 thrust washers that will fit these props?
