basically just a plug with a little lip on it and a blank square face about the overall size of the receiver. i could draw something up and PM you if that would be easier

Just to be clear.... If you're intending to attach something to the flat, these things are essentially hollow, with an "infill" pattern in the interior. A screw will not hold well, if at all.
