No internals (gears, shafts etc.) included! This the the final configuration of the Blackhawk case that Mercury Marine manufactured. Pick up in Columbiana , Ohio. Will ship, but arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. Will consider trades for a bravo 2" shorty lower gearcase or Alpha SS drive. $2,950
