How Do I Add Pics Or Thumbnails To A Post Or Thread - And What Size Do They Need To Be?

when you go to post , go down the page you will see add/manage attachments..

you can load 3 at a time through browse..

max pic size is 1000 X 750 ..you may have to resize your pics first ,unless you use a outside host to load up a picture , which as to this day i still have not figured out.:D
