How do we proceed with getting our credit cards credited?
 

Hello,

It has become obvious that the forum that we renewed with and had become accustomed to over many years is gone.

Please advise on how we may obtain refunds and credits on our credit cards, (other than picket Penske locations and join all other IB sites to see how those nice communities are doing) as we renewed in good faith but IB is clearly unable to meet the existing expectations of the existing membership. Perhaps technical difficulties have made this a bad buy. But that bad business move should not be carried on the backs of the innocent membership.

Ok.... so perhaps a full refund would be an "undue enrichment."

How about outage credits like the cable company. Anything to make the membership feel that IB is accountable to us.
