HELP !! I need to PM somebody who has never posted

I had somebody try sending me a PM a week or so ago & My inbox was full at the time.. I have since clearded out some room & re-upped my membership... However My problem is that the person that tryied to send me the PM has never posted anything so I have no Idea how to get to where I can send them a PM. How do I go about this ???

PLEASE HELP !!!!!
