How do I use an Avatar?

and it says "no avatar specified" and a bubble that is maked under Do not use avatar. That is the only option!

I think you need to be a paying member to have the "custom avatar option". The people that you see as "registered member" that have an avatar, were at one time paying members so the avatar that they had at that time is still up and they cant change it ... cuz the "custom avatar option" isn't available for non paying members :bunny:
