Same here... renewed today via pp a few hours ago... still a basic account... I have some PMs I need to send/receive!

They obviously have a glitch in there system... I re-newed my membership a few weeks ago and it took me a PM to Speedgirl in which she forwarded to IB and that's how mine was fixed.
I would suggest a email or PM to one of the Mods.
