I love reading through this forum but I have noticed the majority of the time I look at old threads that the pictures won't display. It just shows the little paper clip and says something like "attached images" or something. Why is this?

Pics could have been attached from a pic sharing website and now are deleted.

Pics could have been lost in one of the many software upgrades over the years.

Thanks griff. I didn't know if it was just me. That's a shame tho, I like reading thru the classic section and old restorations section. A lot of photos don't pop up

If you want to see a lot of older pics, click on the PHOTOS tab at the top of the page. Lots of older pics and albums from events.

Post a link to a thread with "lost" images and I'll look.

I don't have any specifically that I was looking for. I was just looking around on the forum and noticed it a lot. (I spend hours on this forum.....very informative). Especially on the older posts which you explained.
