Trying to run an add in classifieds need help

I am trying to purchase an ad in the classifieds and at first it asked me for my URL. After I got that I loged in as normal and it did not recognize my e mail address ([email protected]) My log in is f311fr1. What do I need to do? It will not let me register under my e mail either? Help

The classifieds get their own user name and password. It can be the same as OSO but needs to be registered as they are separate systems.

Try the forgot password option when logging in with your email address and see if it sends you an email.
