It also seems the mobile skin only has infinite scroll. Not a huge deal, but makes it difficult to get new posts in a long thread.

Yes mobile is IS-only. Best thing is to figure out the navigation in IS. Use the gray nav bar at the bottom of the screen. You can go to first/last or any "page" in the middle.

Any improvement in this area of ads covering the screen? And what happened with the pics being back in a frame? Thanks!

That will not happen if you use the mobile skin...

Where it says “attached thumbnails” it quit doing that and loaded full pics, but perhaps that’s only a feature in the mobile version. I like the mobile version but just can not deal with the infinite scroll.

From what I can tell, there are no more thumbnail pics that enlarge when you click on them. Pics are all full size to fit the screen and resize automatically.
