Forums not loading correctly

Newest version of chrome, everything is loading all 1995 style, super messed up looking.

Currently on IE and looks normal

I'm using Chrome and looks normal as well.

Try going to the very bottom of the page on the left and change the style of display to Standard style Default style

Also, for future reference: I had the same problem, cleared my cache/cookies in browser and it fixed the issue.
