I went into the CP to change my avatar, successfully deleting my old one. However, it is not giving me an option to upload a new one. I logged out and back in, as well as refreshing my page. Is there anyone who can reset it for me?

Try clearing your cache in your browser. I'm running google chrome on windows 7 and I can pull up the option to upload a new avatar just fine.

Non paying members cannot have avatars.

I'm pretty sure it does not get removed, but once you try and change or replace it, its gone.
