Cant renew membership
 

Having trouble renewing my Platinum membership. I click on the order button, which then brings me to the method of payment. Paypal is only option. I don't have paypal, and would want to pay with a card, like have in the past. I clicked on the paypal option anyway, thinking I could just put my card number in anyway, but a message pops up, saying to try again later. Any help here?

Hi Got Cigs,

There are two options to renew your membership. In general, the membership is auto-renewed every year unless you cancel the membership.
You can renew through PayPal, please check if your credit card info is up to date on paypal.
Or you can re-purchase the membership through this link: https://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/payments.php.

I don't have paypal, so is that the issue? I just clicked on link and tried to renew again, same outcome. I'd gladly do the auto-renew. Thank you for the help.

Unfortunately your membership was not renewed automatically (possibly cancelled or the credit card information has not been updated), you will need to re-purchase through the link.
You should be able to use the PayPal Guest Checkout option when you order through the link.
If the message still pops up, please retry after clearing your cache and cookies.

Okl, cleared cookies. stupid question, whats cache? sorry, my tech skills are mediocre at best.

cache is stored away information in your desktop. It should pop up as an option where you clear your cookies.

OSO's memberships have never been set to auto renew.

To pay by CC, just click the paypal. The next Paypal screen will have an option at the bottom to pay by Credit/Debit Card.
Click that and it will take you to another screen that is "Paypal Guest Checkout"
You can then enter your CC info.

You do need to click the drop down and populate the amount, then puchace as Griff has stated
