Not receiving any emails
Hi, I’ve posted a classified and I tried to send two test emails by clicking on “email seller” and nothing has come through. I also sent a message to the contact us page from this website. I’m worried there’s possible inquiries and I’m not receiving anything. Any ideas?? |
Sometimes the email system will take a bit to send them out. Not sure that is the issue but possible.

I’m sorry but I’m not familiar with this site as it’s my first time using it. I don’t really understand what is meant by post a link to my classified ad?? What does that mean. I’ve paid to post the ad for 45 days. I’ve checked my emai/junk/spam several times and my test emails to myself from the ad page have not yet come through. The customer support still hasn’t gotten back to me. It’s frustrating because I set up the ad and put in all of my info and it seems like there’s no solution for this..? Can someone explain what post a link in my classified ad means? I’ve listed my email a second time in the info section. The notifications about This thread come directly to my email no problem.. |

Hi all, I reposted my ad, but I am frustrated as I spent money to post it twice now and it seems that the site still has a technical issue. I tried a test email using the “email seller” link and nothing in junk or inbox. Is there someone I can contact to get my money back ? This seems insane, paying to post and the site doesn’t seem to work. This is the second time im giving it a shot and it’s not sending emails to my address.

Also, be sure that you are checking the email account you signed up to the CLASSIFIEDS with -- it may be different than the one you used for the forums... |
It’s possible that my email is different , however I still have access to the both emails if so. I have not received anything from you. Is there someone who can just refund me for the listings I’ve made? It’s very frustrating

I assume you are checking your spam/junk folders too??? I don'y have the ability to do a refund. The IB guys do, but they prob won't be on OSO till at least Monday. |
