I cannot load photos from computer or phone. This is what comes up. I’m trying to post an ad the ads up with no photos

Reduce the size of the photos to less than 1mb

Mornin.. This seems to be the most recent post regarding photo upload to classified, so here goes.. Symptoms much like previously listed as can't download pic to my ad.. Have sent emails to tech staff with no reply but seem silly to have an ad without any pictures.. Have downsized the pix to <200 kb and still no luck.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks Griff.. the strange thing is that I used the same photos in the identical ad a couple of months ago with no issue.. When I choose file button and select a photo it places the photo name to the right or the choose file button.. I have resized the photos to less than 200kb, confirmed the extension and get the same action on my pc and phone.. I have also tried manually to enter the photo title in the block below the choose file button which didn't work either.. Unfortunately, I guess I'll have and ad with no photos which isn't the way to go.. Thanks again for the information and have a great week.. Karl

Your old ad should still be there when you log in to the classifieds and you should be able to re post it and then edit it.

First thing I did, financial record is there but not the ad itself.. I will give it one more try and chalk it up as a donation to OSO.. Thanks much for your help Griff..

Thanks for the reply. I've looked for the previous ad but nowhere to be found.. Tried resizing many times and read every associated post without success.. I've been trying for nearly a week and pretty much have run out of options..
