Spam emails about my AGING SKIN from OSO
 

What TF is going on over here? Anyone got a logical explanation for this crap in my inbox?

I'd post a screenshots but apparently I can't upload files or post links even though I've been registered here FOR TWELVE PLUS YEARS.

Wtf is going on? Yea I'm just a little aggravated. First by this crap in my inbox and second because I can't even post a pic of this garbage even though I've been here forever.

You need to have more forum posts to attach photos (this is an automated tool and I cannot overrride it, even for longtime members). You should also see a "Remove Me" or "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of that email you received. Click that and you'll be removed. Make sure you go here: https://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/...do=editoptions and de-select "
Receive our newsletter and special promotions from our partners" and save at the bottom of the page.

You need 10 posts to post pics or links and its been that way for a VERY long time. It is spam prevention built into the software.


I agree the advertising emails are pretty ridiculous. I get a couple dozen junk emails a day from various places. I only get about 1-2 a month from OSO. Hitting the delete button or marking them as junk is pretty simple. You can also change the settings in your profile so you don't receive emails from OSO.

To add to what Griff said, if you mark those emails as spam, it won't effect forum or Classified emails.
