Apologies in advance for my low awareness factor...

I don't see a way to renew without using PayPal ?

"To pay for your subscription, please click the order button next to your preferred payment method and follow the instructions on the following page."

The only button which appears is for PayPal ?

WTF am I doing wrong ?

Click the Pay with Paypal and then the next Paypal screen will give you the option to pay with a debit or credit card
