Adding a Listing
 

Have subscription but when click on "classifieds" and then add listing it will not let me log in. How do we solve this problem?

The OSO Classifieds is completely separate from the Forums.

You just need to create a username and password for the Classified section as well. You can use all the same info.

Did we have to pay for membership in able to get into classifieds or we could have just paid to list each boat we want to add?

Once we add a listing does it need to be approved and how long does it take to show up in classifieds? Would it show in our pendings as well?

you don't need to be a paying member here to use the classifieds

my listing went live immediately. not sure if it depends on previous listing history or not…I’ve listed boats before. good luck with the sale.

No, but with your Commercial Membership, you get 5 free Classified ads. You also get to add your business and contact info to your profile. I am not certain how the 5 free ads get connected to your Commercial Membership on the forums since the classifieds use a different login system. It may automatically tie in with your email address, but I'm not sure. I am an OSO Moderator, but I don't have access to the Classified side of the system. I will pass this along so it gets handled and you get the 5 free ads that come with your Commercial Membership.

The ad should go live and be viewable right after you submit it. It does not need to be approved.

I moved this thread to the section where the site admins should see it as well.

No its was not

We were able to get three boats posted but we had to pay for all three ads where we get 5 free with the commercial membership. We need to be reimbursed for those 3 ads we posted. If we do not need to pay a membership in order to post ads we may cancel the membership and then just pay for the ads please advise.

Sorry for the delay. I can only add credits to your account for the 5 classifieds. I do not have the powers to reimburse you. I'm going in now to add for you for future ads.
