Re-up Membership
 

I got an email saying my membership has expired, so I click the link thinking to pay for another year and it doesn't work.

Your access to the paid subscription "Platinum Member" has expired.

If you have selected a recurring subscription you will be automatically billed for the renewal, else to renew this subscription you must visit https://beta-www.offshoreonly.com/forums/payments.php

I just paid it through the membership on here, dont know why the link above has beta in the URL

Our tech team was testing something on the Beta version of the site and inadvertently sent out a mass of emails to users. The good news is that the Beta site does not connect to the main site at all and will not charge you and your membership will not expire. My apologies for the confusion.

So I paid for the membership but it wasn't due yet ??

Yes, which I can send off for a refund.

In the future, if you (or anyone else) are concerned about your membership, you can click on your name in the upper right corner to go to your profile. You can see if you have a special subscription (Platinum, VIP, etc) there.

That one was for real. Your subscription ended on June 5th. You were not automatically charged for a renewal, according to our records
