Rain Rain

If this rain keeps up - forget the boat trailer - I'm buying a barge so I can tow my truck to dry land. :drink:

Just got home - Except for one other time , I have not seen OHL up this much in the 4 years I have been here. Lot's of junk floating out there - be careful if you plan on going out there any time soon.

I was going to do a little running on sunday...I may wait. I dont have a mulching prop.

Looked out the window this morning and saw Tony O's jet ski floating across the cove. Water had risen so much it floated it off the lift. Chis called him and I think he was able to retreive it though.

Priest is the highest its been in two years. We're taking the boat out today and spending the night. Live band at Elm Hill if anybody wants to come over and have a beer. We will have the boats tied up to the stage.

Kevin Middleton posted this pic on WBN. I think this is Old Hickory Lake. He lives in Hendersonville.

I have my boat docked there and I didn't hear anything about that last weekend. Is there anything happening over the next few weeks? I am going to go out and have lunch this week at the Cove and talk to Jim and the folks at the resturant to see how everybody made the winter.

They have expanded the dock at the restaurant so it has a big outdoor area now. They are planing on having live entertainment every weekend. The new menu and food was very good. Had a real good time.

You must have put the mulching prop on. How was it? Did you tow that jet ski back to the ramp, or was it just following you in. :cool-smiley-011:
