Default I hope everyone is OK!

I hope everyone is OK, and you didn't get flooded.
I've lived here for 20 years, and I have never seen weather like this .............
Regards,
Steve

I've been thinking about you guys all day as I saw some ugly stuff on the hews this morning. It reminds me of our flood here in June of 08. They called that a 500 year flood and I can tell you I hope I never see anything like it again.

My house is on a high point in Smyrna, so we are fine but a lot of roads are flooded around us. My problem is the boat is in Old Hickory at the locker and they are evacuating the neighborhood next to it. Jerry was able to get over there and said it was dry right now. I'm going to try to get over there in the morning. The plugs are not in it! But after all, it is only a boat. I feel so sorry for the thousands and thousands of familys that have lost their homes and everything associated with them. This is truely a sad time in middle Tennessee. Everybodys prayers are appreciated.

I came through Nashville yesterday on 24 and all I can say is "wow" It is going to take a long time for everything to get back to normal. It is bad here but not quite as bad. I hope everyone's house was above the flood stage. It was unbelievable to see the scope of the water. I hope the corp can hold water in the Dams to the east to ease pressure on the Cumberland there. Only minor problems at the Chewy Ranch. I can't even bring myself to complain after seeing what some of our neighbors went through. I've never seen a wooden dresser or a horse in a jon boat until this weekend.

Flenner, did your boat stay dry? Let me know if you need somewhere to park it.

I couldn't sleep well Sunday night so at 5am I went to Old Hickory. The water had gotten to the fencing at the back of the storage facility. They felt like I was fine since I am at the front but since I was there I decided to hook up and bring it home. I later called Eric (EB Marine) to see what was up and they were in the process of emptying the shop out. Water had all ready submerged his parking lot. I haven't heard anything else from him.

I wish EB had called me if he needed another truck. I'm glad yours is OK.

Back in storage now?

Water did get into the boat storage (Todd's) side of the building. The floor there is several feet lower than Eric's side.
Eric's side is OK.
