Had sleet here a little while ago. I bet the Crap Shoot is freezing right now. Poor boat. All that miss treatment. Rode hard and put up wet.

THURSDAY: Afternoon high temperatures will be in the lower 80 with a southeast wind building to 15-20 mph in the afternoon. This will begin the return of humidity to southeast Texas.

FRIDAY: Our next storm system looks like it's moving in Friday. During the day, we'll have mostly cloudy skies with storms moving in, most likely, after sunset but we could see some rain during the day. The storms at night may be strong to severe.

THE WEEKEND: Storms should clear the area early Saturday morning, leaving partly to mostly sunny skies and cooler temperatures for Saturday. Highs will be near 70. Overnight lows Saturday night in the upper 40s with Sunday highs near 76 under partly cloudy skies.
