Rambunctious and I saw this truck at the Ford Dealer in Holland, MI on our lunch break today. It's mostly (if not entirely) visual bolt on effects... wheels & tires, hood, fender flares, front end leveling kit, bumpers, bed liner and locking hard cover, catback exhaust, etc.... we could not believe the price.... factory options done by a company called Tuscany truck.... they even have a website at tuscanytruck.com

No engine mods. Stock 5.4 Triton.

Care to venture a guess????

Re: What would you pay for this 06 F150????

IF THE STICKER WAS 39K....... I WOULD GUESS 54,900.

The sad part is, if it was stock you wouldn't have to pay sticker to begin with, lets say 37,500 out the door. I new hood and paint you could have done for around 900 to 1200 (fiberglass is cheaper than steel). The bed cap is expensive, probably about 1400 painted. Rims and tires if you shop around, 2000.00 (there are some really cheap places on line to buy wheels and tires). Cat back exhaust, 300 to 600 if you go with stainless. Fender flares, 2 or 3 hundred and you could have them sprayed at the same time they do the hood and bumper. 3 or 4 hundred for the bumper. Worst case scenario 6000.00 to do all the mods, I forgot the bedliner but you could make the dealer throw that in. That would put the price at 42,000 to 43,000?

Re: What would you pay for this 06 F150????

I saw a Denali at the local dealer last month for 63,000 with custom rims and some other add-ons. They are out of control. I usually buy my trucks one or two years old from private sellers.

I have 20" Weld Evo's on my Excursion, they list for 827.99 each, my tires are 39.5 x 15.5 Truxxus (by Super Swamper) tires, they list for 273.99 each. I bought the whole set shipped to my door, mounted and balanced from 4wheelparts.com for 3,200.00. I dont know how they sell them so cheap but if you call them they will beat any price on Weld Wheels any where. You are right though, 22" Welds with Nittos are going to retail around 4500.00.

I guessed 54,900!!! Dont I win a prize? LOL!!!
Seriously, what could you sell that truck for as soon as you drive it off the lot? 35,000 to 38,000? If you are lucky!! What a scam...............I'm sure they'll sell it though.

I'm gonna take a shot at the prices of the accessories based off the description given. (haven't renewed membership yet) ;)

There were some guesses given on the cost of these accessories. Some were close and some are WAY off.

The fiberglass bed cover.....No way in hell it's $1,400. I sell Leer. They are considered a high end lid. Prices range from $700-$1,100 depending on options added by customer. Keep in mind these are prices the car dealer can sell them for too. We sell them to the car dealers at a reduced price.

Fender Flares....These are gonna be more $$$ than people think. Sorry, $200-$300 won't cover this one peeps. If they are painted plan on at least $500 if not more. My cost on a set of factory look alikes in black start at $220. Add paint, labor, and mark up to this and you can see where these numbers come from. Paint is gonna run at least $100 if not more.

Tires and wheels....If they are Weld wheels as mentioned then you're probably looking at $300 on the cheap side. This number could easily be higher by $100 more. The Nitto tires are not outrageous in price. If they are in the 35" range prices will probably start in the $230-250 range depending on the dealer. We sell A LOT of these tires. Good tire for the money. Becoming very popular.

Leveling Kit....We install them for $295. That's retail. $120 of that price is labor. Parts are not very expensive for this truck.

Can't see the other items to get an idea of what type of bumpers it's running.

We do trucks like this for our dealers all the time. We currently have about six out on dealer lots as I speak. Our dealers do not mark these items up like this situation. While they do make some money on the package, they don't sell the items any higher than what they can purchased for in our store. They use these trucks as eye candy to get the customer in and buy a vehicle. But that's just in my corner of the world.

Buck

I have a black 04 Lariat F150 supercrew just like the one you posted. It has every option but doesnt have the aftermarket accessories. I paid 29,000 out the door and sticker was 37,000. I could add all the accessories for around 5,000 and still come in way below what they are asking. What a ripoff.

It would be a bit more than $5000 to duplicate this truck... the wheels and tires alone come to over $2500 easy. But like you said, what a rippoff!!

Yeah It would be a lil more than 5000 But im not counting labor because i would do it all myself including the paint work. Personally i wouldnt reccomend the new f150 to anyone. They are comfortable and ride nice but wont tow or carry a payload anywhere near what my 99 150 would and the tow rating on this one is much more. Im selling to get a diesel f250 :drink:
