I think it will but you have to have all of the trim including the headlight surrounds etc.

It will bolt right up.....Headlights and parking/turn lights swap no prob.....only thing you will need to get is the different side masrker lights...(The two amber guys on the sides)....I dont know why cause they look the same but they dont fit the other grill for some reason. A buddy of mine just did that on a 96.
Oh and depending on the grill you may need the small bumper filler piece under the grill and between the bumper to fill the gap.. :)
