If you go with the Dodge, make SURE they have the "won't shift itself into low gear tranny issue resolved" and GET IT IN WRITING. This issue has been going on since the model changeover back in 93' and turned into a cash cow for Dodge. They refused to fix it for that very reason, the reason I'll never buy another Dodge.
My next truck will be a Ford. |
Re: 2004 Ford F250 PSD Or 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 CTD
So does anybody know what the difference is between a F350 SRW and a F350 DRW? I ended up buying an 04 F350 extd cab, 4X4 with 23K Miles on it and so far I love it.... If anyone knows the difference between these two models, i would like to know. Thanks

SRW=Single Rear Wheels
DRW=Dual Rear Wheels Is that what you were looking for? |

haha, I know that SRW means Single Rear Wheel, and DRW stands for Duel Rear Wheel. I wanted to know if there were any suspension differences, powertrain differences, differences with transmission coolers, stuff like that.
I got a really good deal on this truck, $27,900.00 the guy had it for a long time and I think thats a really good price for what it is. |

Haha, alright, I was just making sure ;). As for differences, I'd just check Ford's website, I don't know of any differences off hand.
That sounds like a good deal for an '04. Is it diesel? We're going to step up next year, still trying to figure out if we want to go used or new. |
