What does my trailer weigh?

I have a 27 Magnum Sport and it sits on a steel triple axle trailer that looks to be custom fit to the boat.

What do you guys think the trailer weighs?

Is there a good way to find out?.......should I pull the whole rig through a truck stop scale?.....can I do that without pissing anyone off?

Thanks.

why would they get pissed? F'em if they do, you have a right to want to be in compliance. the cops that work it would be more than helpful. or go to a truck stop that has one, its less than 10 bucks.

Any stone quarry would allow you to weigh it too. There is usually a nominal fee but they would be happy to do it.

Go to a truck stop or any scrap yard or stone yard or something, they all have scales and will charge you around 10 bucks to weigh it for you. If you pul through a DOT scale house they won't weight you. They won't get pissed but they will just green light you or bypass you and never weigh it.
