Excursion 7.3 What Power upgrades work best?

What are the best power upgrades for an Excursion with a 7.3 powerstroke? I know the exhaust and computer programer but which ones are best and which others upgrades help most?

Get a shift kit for the tranny, and a new torque converter. I have all other mods to my 05 f-350 and want to get the shift kit soon. Will help in smother stronger shifts.
