Alright, first; obviously the weight thing. Its probably around 18 tons
total load with the Cat and the trailer.

Second; it does not appear the Cat has anything to tie it down.

Third; I zoomed in on the 2500HD, and I don't see the Duramax badge on the door. More than likely its a 6.0L GAS engine without the Allison (w/ exhaust brake)!!!!! Best case is he has the 8.1L gas with the Allison or the ZF 6-speed.

it does have chains on the front behind the bucket, but no rear chains...

i might agree with one of the guys on the dieselstop, it might stop better with that trailer and weight if its brakes are working properly... :D

i see this kind of towing all to often around construction sites.. backhoes and multiple skid steers on the same trailer behind srw trucks... :rolleyes:

the feet of the trailer aren't down, the brakelights are on the trailer and the truck.... i say its hooked up.. with big weight like that, the loads are easy to balance on the trailer... like i said before, i see that kind of thing all too often around construction sites, guys don't want to pay 150 bucks to have something moved safely so they do it themselves.. :rolleyes:

the dozer is over the axles or even behind a little, the trailer probably has no tongue weight..
