If the brakes have been bled, and you replaced fluid, did you use DOT 3 or silicone? GM uses DOT 3 make sure you didnt combine fuilds as well....

This is also prevalent on the Tahoe/Sub, but it will cause a buzzing through the pedal when it happens. It is due to corrosion under the frt wheel sensors and a recall has been issued in northern (salt) states for it.

Brakes were bled manually and then using a pressure bleeder. Fluid spec is Dot 3 and that's what's been used.
