Wow, I'll have to check that issue out! I always keep an open mind...now what about the 300C SRT or Charger SRT?

:D [ I love this car and she can't get over the stigma of it being a cadillac which has the stereotype of an old persons car.

What do you guys think?

The only GM product that was called an "old persons car" was Oldsmobile. You remember "Not your fathers Oldsmobile"? This marketing taboo is presumed by some to be the reason Oldsmobile could not gain appeal to later generations. But don't worry. Oldsmobile is gone now. Not a chance of getting it mixed up with Cadillac.
I've had many years in a technician, shopforeman, and service manager capacity in Oldsmobile and Cadillac and I've never heard a Cadillac called an old persons car. A lot of other things though. I think your wife got some GM stigma mixed up.

What I think is .02 worth. The CTS is the lower budget line of Cadillacs sport sedans. Not bad but not Cadillacs best. Of course the best Cadillac is more $$$$$ I ordered my new GMC Sierra 2500HD in 2004 and my next purchase is going to be a Cadillac STS!!!
GM is great family :D

Last year I had a ride from Hell in a black on black CT Caddy V series....wow, what a car. Looked great with the wire grill. Seemed like right angled turns at 80 MPH, incredible brakes, lots of little kids and some adults were giving the thumbs up. No wonder the guy had parked his Bimmer convert, preferring to drive the caddy.

I drive a WS6 Formula, and was really impressed with the V Caddy.

I picked a Charger SRT8 a month ago. What a sweet machine. Looked at Caddy they where to small inside, and lacked styling. Good luck with your choice.
