Lift kit for Ford dually

Currently looking to lift my 2004 F-350 crewcab dually. Have been thinking about 4" in front and 2.5" in rear to give the truck a more level ride and to allow for larger tires at some point.
Most kits I ahve found don't come recommended for a dually

Any suggestions or comments??

What about calling Kevin at winegardiner? He might have something.

The big problem seems to be in the rear tire area, The lift allows for bigger tires, but without adapters/spacers you can't run the bigger tires without deflating them and reinflating them after they are bolted on the truck, most shops will NOT do this for that reason, safety/liabilities is the issue.
