How much oil does a LLY duramax hold in the engine? What about the allison tranny?

engine: 10 quarts w/filter
tranny holds much more than that w/converter. You'll swap about 7 qts pulling the pan plug only. The spin-on allison filter only holds 5-6 oz. I refer you to the dieselplace.com |
