Reducer sleeve for Ford dually receiver

Where can i get this sleeve besides the dealer? I misplaced mine and can't find it at the local stores or dealer.

got mine a tractor supply. Though i had to grind it down some, but heck i had to grind down my reese hitch that is a direct fit too..not sure why, they were just a bit oversized.
