Will try wheel vintiques, they manufacture rally rims up to 20 inches, they can make a custom back space.

I looked through their web site once before, but never noticed the 17" wheels until now. Maybe I was looking in the wrong section before. They have wheels that look a lot like the original wheels! Thanks for the info.

We are not using a back seat. After installing the mini tubs, the rear seat did not fit correctly. Also, with the cross bar from the roll cage going behind the front seats, it would be tough to get in and out of there anyway. We decided to build a structure (seen above) to house some speakers, some of the audio components and some storage space. The two places cut out on the horizontal panel (where the seat bottom would be) will be storage areas. The area inside these cut outs will be enclosed and will have access doors to keep stuff out of sight. The speakers and audio pieces will be mounted on the vertical panel (where the seat back should be).

As for the heads, I have no idea what they are. We used a designated engine package and did not spec each piece. I imagine it is on the build sheet though. I will try to find out for you.

I forgot to check, but I will find out for you. I came here to post more pictures and just remebered when I saw your post.

I got some interior pictures today via e-mail, but of the bunch they sent only two came through. We'll try it again tomorrow. In the mean time, here are the two that I have of the door panels and the trunk. The interior is not finished, but they are making great progress.

Thanks Open72. I really like the way it's coming together.

We are going to try this tire when the car comes back. http://www.tirerack.com/a.jsp?a=EA9&...ce+T%2FA+KDW+2. We are going to go to a 285/60 18 in the rear and a 235/40 17 in the front. This should give us substantially more sidewall in the rear and an overall taller tire to help fill that huge wheel well. The front won't look much different.

The upholstery shop initially said they would be finished this past Friday, but they ended up needing another few days and are telling us that the car will be ready tomorrow. So basically some time this week we should have the car back! :p
