Charging break-a-way batteries
 
How do you charge the break-a-way batteries for electric over hyd. systems. I've got a new battery. It states must be charged prior to use per inst. well I've got no inst. Is of course 12v. 5amp/hr. Anyone do this or know?

Maybe throw a battery tender on it till it goes green!!???

What do you mean by battery tender? My electronic battery charger seems to indicate it will not charge this type of battery. Got any brand names?

Battery Tender is the brand. Style that U can hook 2 a battery a leave it cuz it will shut itself off and come back on as needed. It will not over cook the battery. I leave 1 hooked 2 a pontoon battery all winter long.
