I will agree with the door panels cheaply built, but I had planned on gutting mine and running a crap load of dynamat to sound deaden the whole rig some on the door panels themselves and changed the whole sound of the rig. Regency will sometimes "forget" to put rubber between the bed and rails, seen this on the smaller pickup conversions. My truck was govenored at 75 from the factory and with a PPE programmer speed limiter removed it will roll into the 90's easily. For towing I haul anything from a loaded down 16 work trailer weighing in at 9k to a 36 stacker trailer loaded for the races for my friend and we can hold the speeds just fine. Not saying anything bad you might have got a bad one, and the upfitters warrenty sucks when a person needs it.

A friend of ours cant wait to get rid of his. (he is taking about a 30k hit on it too) Hates the thing that much. Ours is hopefully going back a different way. Personally I'm loving my 08 F450. |
