we just spent 3 weeks researching a new straight truck for work and decided against the f650 and went with the M2 business class.. the turning radius ALONE on this truck was WELL worth the price. Plus a new F650 bare bones with air brakes was mid 70's and the FL we got in Tulsa as an 08 for less than $50k with the Mercedes motor.. the M2 is a great truck, wish i could afford to set one up for pleasure, theyre a breeze to drive.

if you are the one driving it you can still do some upgrades to the dashboard to make it nicer

Can you run these as RV's?

bgchuby01 01-07-2008 09:56 AM

some states will let you register as an RV, Trouble is as an RV if you have a long boat, (over40) then you will be over 65' total which may make you over length, and with an RV you can not get an overlength permit, Most highway patrol will not pull you over for being long but you never know if you get a cop who woke up on the wrong side of the bed one day.

A lot of us are over length with just pickups with trailers

you are very right, just the cops for the most part don't say anything or they don't know the laws.

I was really considering a pete, but I only do local trailering and have never been to a poker run. If I were to be doing more travelling with the boat I would want a toter setup but shorter than what is normally available so as not to be grossly over length. Would yours be available that way?

Just left the factory. I can give 20 year financing on these. My new demo was built at peterbilt on friday and will start the conversion next week. The truck will be on display at all major poker runs this year. Once you drive the pete everything else is like owning a bayliner. email me and If I am in your city or state I will arrange for you to test drive these trucks so you can see the difference.

I'll vouch for that statement.

You can choose the color of the truck, leather, and carpet to anything you want. Can even use the ford king ranch leather in brown or black. Prices will start in the high 130's including pioneer nav and all leather interior with seperate rear a/c. If you want the third row of seats you need to add in another $7,000. These trucks are only 1 foot longer than a new full size one ton pickup and the same width. But taller. I drive mine to the mall, movies and to dinner. Even you wife can take the kids to school in it. I will have two trucks on display at Desert Storm. I will also be at Jacksonville. With the long financing I can get your payment down to a pickup size monthly note. I can even throw in a copy of the CD convoy for those of you wanting to play BJ and the bear. I'll send Frankie Mc Swain to play the monkey.
