Bought it on the side of the road, on a total whim, for 6500 in cash on a sunday afternoon on the way to pick up my boat from CT. Drove it all the way up to conneticut, sea-trialed, signed the boat over, and drove it back to SE virginia - got home at nearly 4am. I don't think I can complain about the truck at all.

One year later, one year wiser - I don't think I'd try that little adventure again.

Here's mine. Nothing special but it gets the job done. Gotta say, I'm a bit jealous of a few trucks in this thread.

Former turd boat hauler, washed up and waiting for its new owner to pick it up...Current hauler for the Stinger (turd boat #7) is '97 GMC crew cab dually that I don't have a picture of...309,987 miles and runs like a champ!! (I like the red 4-door Peterbilt better though:cool-smiley-011:)

with the cruise at 65mph with a top gun or similar boat I get 9.5mpg

With a 51 OL v-bottom with gooseneck about 8.9
