the trailer was originally under von bongo's pantera , i bought it from cattitude last spring , i talked to bill @ myco today and asked if the cig bottom was the same as the pantera..he said they were about the same but to move the winch post forward .. it took 5"..

this look about right?

the outer bunks are flush with the transom and the keel bunks are exposed about 1 1/2"..and the keel is flush to the rear frame on the trailer..

Seems to have full hull support in all the right places.

My guess is that your concern right now is properly supporting the bottom, which is smart. Once it's together you should be aware of the relationship between trailer weight and tongue weight. Too light on the tongue and you can get sway. If you get the sway and the speed just right, it becomes a series of non-correctable, ever increasing swings that doesn't end well.

yes , the boat was hanging off .. the bottom is going to blue printed and a re-gel since this is a restoration.

i know it's going to have more tounge weight especially right now without the power/drive in the bilge..

Too much usually isn't a problem.

If you add speedo foot or depth finder or water pickup or anything bolted to your transom, just be careful of placement in relation to the bunks on the trailer. A lot of MYCO's don't have the lower center bunks extend all the way back for that very reason. Otherwise, those bunks look good for that hull.
