I have to share this, as I've been a GM guy for years but bought the Expedition for the wife when she started to get into accidents with the Olds...figured she may as well be safe.
Anyway, I had my new boat garage delivered to the cottage on Monday - GMC 3500 with a Duramax pulling a 5th wheel 20' stake and rack trailer. The driver wasn't up to much and buried the thing to the axles after sliding the trailer into the ditch, and then proceeded to yell at himself. Quite unsettling.
Well, my old Jimmy is still under the tarp, so I hooked up the Ford in bull low with a chain and pulled the whole train out of the bog! Surprised the chit outta me and my son, and I found new respect for this 3 ton familymoblie. Here's the only pic I could sneak while the driver was checking for damage...ohe yeah, and the Exp, and the love of my life - the Jimmy.

alot has to do with the tires that are on the GMC..hwy usage..made for towing vs the all terrains on the Ford.
